CLAA Mission Statement

十大平台网赌LGBTQ+校友会致力于个人与社区力量的融合来肯定, liberate, support, and celebrate LGBTQ+ Clarkies. We aim to build solidarity among LGBTQ+ Clark alumni and students, to provide positive experiences and brave spaces on and off campus, and to advocate for current LGBTQ+ Clark students.

The group strives to:

  • Uplift the voices of LGBTQ+ Clarkies with multiple, intersecting identities

  • Host networking and community-building events
  • Provide opportunities for virtual events targeting LGBTQ+ Clarkies across the globe
  • Mentor LGBTQ+ students and young alumni

  • Organize opportunities to connect at Pride and LGBTQ+ affiliated events

Katie Bogen

Katie Bogen ’15

Katherine (Katie) Bogen (M.A.) is a Ph.D. 内布拉斯加州大学林肯分校临床心理学培训项目的学生, where she studies the intersections of violence-related trauma and human sexuality. 她还在马萨诸塞州昆西的南岸性健康中心担任性教育工作者.

A 2015 Clark graduate, Katie majored in Political Science with a minor in English. Katie has been a devoted Clark volunteer since graduating. In addition to serving on the Council, Katie served several years as co-chair of the Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) council, acted as a Clark social media ambassador, is a member of the Diversity & 包容工作组,并参与创建了十大平台网赌校友LGBTQ+亲和小组. In addition to her Clark-related volunteerism, Katie is involved in the advancement of national Psychology research communities. 凯蒂在女性主义心理学和研究领域协调过全国会议. Her work has been featured in peer-reviewed academic journals, as well as by Vox, Girls Gone Strong, The Peak Sex Info Podcast, and The Womxn Project Sexual Health Speaker Series. Katie is a lover of musical theatre and a devoted social justice activist. 当她不上古典声乐课和在社区剧院演出的时候, she focuses on advocating for survivors of sexual violence, celebrating the LGBTQ+ community, engaging in anti-racism efforts, and combating antisemitism.

Vladi Highland

Vladi Highland ’16, Psy.D.
CLAA Co-Leader

Vladi is a licensed clinical psychologist. He has particular experience treating adolescents struggling with mood dysregulation, LGBTQ+ identity, and children with complex developmental trauma. Vladi在布朗大学Warren Alpert医学院完成了临床儿童心理学专业项目的博士后研究.

Jennifer Laponte

Carlo Morrisey

Carlo Morrisey ’79, Ed.D ’90

Carlo is a lifelong resident of Worcester. 1979年,他在十大网赌平台获得第二个学士学位,主修英语和心理学. He also has a B.S. from Worcester State University (1972). Carlo received his Ed.D. from Clark in 1990 with a concentration in school psychology.

He is a retired school psychologist from the Worcester Public Schools. Carlo previously worked for the Massachusetts Dept. of Youth Services where in he held a variety of positions including counselor, clinical director, program director, and director of clinical services (statewide). Miranda Valerio

Miranda Valerio was born and raised in New Haven, CT—home of the greatest pizza on Earth. 她于2021年搬到佐治亚州亚特兰大,并爱上了这里的社区和文化.

She believes in fighting to make the world a better place. She graduated with a BA in Psychology from Clark, where she was president of SARC. Jeffrey Lambert '85

Jeffrey Lambert ’85

He previously owned his own planning and government consulting firm, served as Community Development Director for the City of Santa Clarita, and as the Land Use Manager for Kaiser Permanente Southern California. 兰伯特还曾在美国规划协会(APA)全国委员会任职,并担任APA加州分会主席.
